@ the shop this will cost you about $700.
On ebay you can get them for about $130
This is what it looks like outside of it's home
in a fan shroud:
And it's home is under the noise encapsulation
panel above where the passenger seat goes.
I don't have a nice picture guide up yet, (submit one) but
this switch is pretty intuitive and anyone could do it. It's
a little tricky to get the plastic fan off it, but it's do-able.
